PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless terminal searching system capable of being used in a room in which a radio wave is shielded, without being influenced by a radio wave condition because of the fact that shielding of the radio wave caused by an obstacle and influence caused by environmental radio wave condition are large and there are many things which have large amount of initial investments each needing for supporting equipment such as a global positioning system etc. in a proposed radio terminal searching system. SOLUTION: In obtaining a positional relationship between a master unit and a wireless terminal to be set as a slave unit, communication data including an ID of the master unit is firstly transmitted from the slave unit, then the communication data is arrived to the master unit by making the radio terminal which may be the other master unit or the slave unit to become a repeater which is interposed until the master unit. In that case, distance between the master unit and the slave unit is confirmed by accumulating the number of intervened repeaters, then the master unit generates an alarm when the distance is larger than a predetermined value.
