PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing apparatus and a signal processing program capable of simply conducting processing for white balance adjustment. SOLUTION: A smoothing means 14 divides an image obtained by imaging an object image into a plurality of regions and smoothes image data configuring each divided region. An arrangement means 14 arranges each of smoothed image data by the smoothing means 14 and a blackbody radiation locus on a uniform perception color space in cross reference with a predetermined color temperature. An estimate means 14 estimates a color temperature by using each of the image data and the blackbody radiation locus arranged by the arrangement means 14.
