PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil guard for a kitchen counter easily mounted and cleaned requiring no time to solve a problem wherein water splash and oil due to smoke or the like during cooking stick to a wall around an installed kitchen board in a kitchen sink, a range table, or the like to require frequent cleaning of water and oil sticking to a vertical wall of a back face of a kitchen board, but oil sticking to a joint or the like of tiles in the vertical wall is hard to clean, and the vertical wall is wet with water from the sink to become a cause of mold. SOLUTION: A partition plate 4 is detachably mounted into an insertion groove 2 of a lateral pair of bodies 1 having the insertion groove 2 in the center part, and soft resin packing members 3 mounted to the upper part inner surface of the insertion groove 2.
