PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition suppressing a rise in specific gravity while maintaining a high modulus of elasticity and having good breaking elongation without substantially including an organic solvent. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition comprises a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and a polyurethane-polysilicic acid composite. For further detail, in the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition, the content of the polyurethane-polysilicic acid composite is≥0.01 to≤50 mass% based on the whole thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition.
