PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition-containing a polylactic acid, having excellent flexibility and elongation, suppressing the generation of bleed out and getting desired excellent flexibility. SOLUTION: The resin composition contains (A) a polylactic acid and (B) a (meth)acrylic resin composed mainly of a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester unit. The (meth)acrylic resin B contains (B1) a (meth)acrylic graft copolymer having a molecular weight of >30,000 and a glass transition point of≤10°C, and the polylactic acid A and the (meth)acrylic resin B form a fine phase-separated structure.
