PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of easily splicing an ACF tape which is difficult to handle since it is thin. SOLUTION: This device connects two ACF tapes 210 with ACF212 to each other. The device comprises a first holding means for holding one ACF tape 210, a second holding means for holding the other ACF tape 210, an arrangement part 115 for arranging the ACF tapes 210 so as to be overlapped with each other in the thickness direction, and a pressing part 116 for pressing the overlapped ACF tapes 210 in the thickness direction.
