PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage chair which prevents sweating of the skin, such as the hands, the scalp or the like, even when the user sits on the chair for a long time and gives comfortable massage to a user. SOLUTION: The massage chair gives massage to a person to be treated sitting on the chair and has a seat section 2, a backrest section 3 and armrest sections 4. Surfaces of the chair that come into contact with the person to be treated (for example, top surfaces of the armrest sections 4 or surface of a pillow section 8 receiving the head of the person to be treated) are covered with a synthetic leather 11 with a plurality of dimples 12 having depths of 0.5 mm or deeper or a synthetic leather 11 with a plurality of projections 16 having heights of 0.5 mm or higher. In the massage chair, the contact area between the hands or the scalp and the chair is small because of the dimples 12 or projections 16.
