摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a customer to do a window shopping or a shopping as he or she wants without receiving any excess service in a store. <P>SOLUTION: The customer who does not want any excess service accepts a card 1 to which an active tag is attached at the entrance of a store, and puts this in a pocket or a bag or the like. The card 1 is detected by an R/W(card reading/writing) devices 21 to 2n installed in each store, and a management server 3 is notified. The management server 3 notifies terminals(PC: personal computers) 41-4n corresponding to the R/W device which has detected the card of the result, and notifies it to a staff as warning. The staff is able to keep from offering any useless service to the customer carrying the card 1 according to the notice.
