PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve for reducing repulsion of a valve element when opening a valve, without disturbing linearity of a flow-rate characteristic of flowing-out to the duty ratio. SOLUTION: A PCV1 is composed of a solenoid part 10 of a magnetic driving means composed of a fixed core 11, a yoke 12, a core plate 13 and a solenoid coil 16, a valve element part 50 formed of the valve element 51 joined to a movable core 55 and a plate spring 60 for supporting the movable core 55 for alignment, and a regulating part 36 for regulating the movement of the valve element part 50. A stopper 15 is arranged for regulating deflection in predetermined deflection of the elastically easily deformable plate spring 60 so that the valve element 51 can be reciprocated. A rebound of the valve element 51 is restrained by increasing reaction of the plate spring 60 by increasing a spring constant of the deflection of the plate spring 60 after the stopper 15 abuts on the plate spring 60. Thus, the linearity of the flow-rate characteristic when opening the valve, is secured without increasing an offset quantity. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
