PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locker management system capable of carrying out locking and unlocking by using information key wherein the content of information as a key for a locker is confidentially kept. SOLUTION: Information before coding including locker discriminating information allotted to the locker for every one block is coded by a code key, and the coded information is converted into two dimensional bar code information to input. The output two dimensional bar code information is read, the code key is used for digital coded information to take out information including the locker discriminating information allotted to the locker for every one block from the coded information before coding, and in comparison with the information including the locker discriminating information held in advance, a locker management device 1 controlling the locking and unlocking of the locker is also included.
