PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-component thermosetting epoxy resin composition having high curing rate as well as excellent storage stability and giving a cured material having excellent physical properties. SOLUTION: The curing agent composition for epoxy resin contains a reaction product obtained by reacting (a) an amine compound expressed by general formula (I), (b) a chain polyamine compound having two or more NH<SB>2</SB>groups and (c) an organic polyisocyanate compound. In the formula, R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>are each independently a 1-8C alkyl which may have branches, R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>may be bonded together to form a ring and the bond between R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>may be interrupted with oxygen atom or nitrogen atom; and n is an integer of 1-6.
