PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive film and its production method, more particularly an electrically conductive film having air permeability, transparency, visual field selectivity or anisotropic conductivity in addition to excellent electrical conductivity and a method for producing the film. SOLUTION: A film having electrical conductivity and air permeability, etc., can be produced by pressing a conductive rigid particle into a void under drawing the film to expand the void. The electrically conductive film is a polymer resin film having a craze region and containing conductive rigid particles pressed into the expanded voids in the craze region.
