PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound showing a hue of emitted light, having an extremely good purity, and having a light-emitting power of a high efficiency, high brightness and long life. SOLUTION: This compound substituted with an aminobisanthryl-derived group is expressed by general formula [1] [wherein, e.g. Ar<SB>1</SB>, Ar<SB>2</SB>are each 4-tBu-phenyl; X<SB>1</SB>, X<SB>2</SB>are each a direct single bond; (R<SB>1</SB>)<SB>a</SB>, (R<SB>2</SB>)<SB>b</SB>are each H; and Z<SB>1</SB>is phenanthrene] and an organic light-emitting element by using the same is also provided.
