PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a whole work time necessary for pouring a solution-like resin in a tube of a tire by eliminating a waiting time for the solution-like resin to gel after pouring the solution-like resin in the tube of a tire for a bicycle or the like. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the tire 1 by pouring the solution-like elastic resin composition RS composed of a thermoplastic elastomer containing a process oil mixed therein in the tube 2 of the tire for the bicycle or the like via a valve B<SB>3</SB>, after pouring the elastic resin composition RS having become solution-like by heating to the inside of the tube 2, the elastic resin composition RS(a) is cooled for gelation in the state that a reverse flow of the poured elastic resin composition RS(a) is prevented by striking a seal plug T<SB>1</SB>in the valve main body 80 of the valve using a seal plug striking tool D serving also as a resin pouring tool.
