PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display device for eliminating operation to confirm an overlap of a medical image and auxiliary information. SOLUTION: The medical image display device 110 for displaying the medical image measured by a medical image diagnostic apparatus 100 and information relating to the medical image includes a central processing part 112 which recognizes respective image display regions in sequentially displaying the medical images when a plurality of the medical images are acquired, calculates a display position of the relevant information of the medical image in a display region outside the image regions respectively recognized, and controls to display the relevant information of the medical image in the calculated display position.
