<p>A toilet with ventilating system, comprising a cistern (40) and a toilet bowl (58), is disclosed. In the cistern (40) there are a water supply device, a flushing valve (44) supplying flush water through an water outlet (32) for the toilet bowl (58), and an overflow pipe (45), which conveys the excess water into the toilet bowl (58) and is connected to discharge orifices (35) thereof. The toilet bowl (58) is provided with a drainage pipe (38) and a plurality of discharge orifices (35) provided at the inner edge of the upper end of the cistern (40) and connected with the water outlet (32) and the overflow pipe (45). The toilet further includes an extraction fan (4) provided in or out of the cistern (40) with the suction opening (2) higher than the water level in the cistern (40), or alternatively, an extraction fan (4) provided out of the cistern (40), whose suction opening (2) is communicated with the interior of the toilet bowl (58) via a toilet bowl suction opening (73) and a toilet bowl air inlet (74) to exhaust the air in the cistern (40) and/or toilet bowl (58) to the lower end of the drainage pipe (38); an exterior conduit (52) connecting the air outlet (30) of the extraction fan (4) to the lower end of the drainage pipe (38); a switch (53) of the extraction fan (4) provided at the toilet bowl (58). The overflow pipe (45) functions as a conduit enabling the toilet bowl (58) in gaseous communication with the cistern (40).</p> |
