PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently separating dopamine-producing neuron precursor cells.

SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a polynucleotide probe and antibody for detecting an Lrp4/Corin dopamine-producing neuron precursor cell marker; and a method of selecting precursor cells by using the same. By using the expression of the Lrp4 in cells as an index, cells suitable for the transplantation therapy for neurodegenerative diseases including Parkinson's disease can be selected while taking safety, survival ratio and network formation ability into consideration.
