WORK FLOW MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work flow management system for efficiently preparing a process model by using a work flow management for dynamically changing and updating a process configuring the work flow in executing a work flow.

SOLUTION: This work flow management system is provided with a means for retrieving a desired process example from the past process examples; a means for integrating desired process examples as a newly prepared process model from the retrieval result of the process example and a means for adding and correcting the description of the process model.
