<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated working management system with high security in cooperation with a pay system while managing the working status of all workers in headquarter, factories and branch offices, etc., in various districts, and working status of dispatched personnel etc., at each management level. <P>SOLUTION: The working management system is hierarchically configured to have various levels of a worker level, a manager level and an operation division level for total management by using a central management device storing working management data of the working status, a terminal device inputting the working status, and a communication system such as the Internet.
