<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a call through the optimum path from a terminal 4 which exists in a different area to a mobile node MN3 without a fixed home address, utilizing SIP server 5. <P>SOLUTION: The address conversion device 1 has a Mobile IPv6 protocol processing function. The MN 3 has a function for dynamically acquiring a home address. Networks 7 and 8 identify the MN 3 by an SIP identifier. The MN 3 acquires the home address by the network 7b and registers the correspondence relation of the identifier of the MN 3 and the home address in the SIP server 5.
