A heated laminated window (1) for an automotive vehicle comprising at least two plies (3a, 3b) of glazing material having an interlayer (4) disposed there between is disclosed. The window includes an electrically resistive element which comprises at least two heating circuits (7, 8), located on opposite sides of the interlayer, positioned so as to be in registration with each other, and, which are independently electrically controlled.
