[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Disclosed is a method for screening of a protein or peptide capable of interacting with a photoreactive ligand, wherein the method comprises mixing the photoreactive ligand with a protein display phage or a peptide display phage in a liquid phase, irradiating the mixed solution with an active ray for a photoreactive group in the photoreactive ligand, immobilizing the photoreactive ligand on a solid phase by utilizing the immobilization function of the photoreactive ligand, washing the solid phase having the photoreactive ligand immobilized thereon, and collecting the protein display phage or the peptide display phage bound to the photoreactive ligand immobilized on the solid phase.
