Two oppositely-acting spring forces from a spring assembly act upon the connecting section. This is acted upon by a holding arm (17), to operate the connecting section assembly. The spring assembly is formed by a U-spring (85). This is mounted to pivot on the opening arm (15). The U-spring has two arms (86, 87) forming its limbs, with a section connecting them. A connecting section has two surfaces engaging the arms of the U-spring. These have different spacings from the point of rotation of the swinging connecting section.
