A sinusoidal reference circuit which can be used in ringing current module is disclosed, the output voltage and the frequency of the sinusoidal reference circuit are adjustable. The sinusoidal reference circuit an error adjuster, a Wien-Bridge, and detecting circuit, the detecting circuit detects the output signal of Wien-Bridge and feed it back to the input of error adjuster; the error adjuster compares the reference signal with the output signal to attain an error signal; the Wien-Bridge adjust the output signal according to the error signal; the resistance valve of RC network in the Wien-Bridge can be adjusted; the detecting circuit comprises a full-wave rectification circuit. The invention has the function to adjust frequency and can solve the problem of voltage change caused by adjusting frequency; therefore, it can make the frequency and amplitude of output signal adjusted independently. It can make the frequency and amplitude of output voltage of the ringing current module adjusted independently and without interference each other.
