A ceramic sinker produced by mixing ceramic and tungsten powder is provided to protect environment by using tungsten with specific gravity heavier than that of lead and ceramic with specific gravity lower than that of lead. A ceramic sinker manufacturing method comprises a step of making the powder-binder mixture with high packing density by sufficiently mixing tungsten powder of 30~70wt.%, ceramic powder of 30~70wt.%, and a binder of 10wt.% such as plastic with a mixer with high shearing stress and molding the mixture in a press molding machine and a step of making a ceramic sinker with high density in various shapes by applying heat of 500~2500 degrees to the injection-molded part. The binder is removed from the injection-molded part by chemical or thermal decomposition. The completely finished ceramic sinker is produced by sintering the molded part separated from the binder.
