<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VoIP-based collect call service method and a dedicated counsel service based thereon in which, in order to charge a called party with a uniform toll, which is determined by only the location and/or type of a called party terminal, a calling party and the called party are linked through a VoIP network of a fixed section where the called party should not pay the toll, and a communication network of a fixed section where the called party should pay the toll. <P>SOLUTION: If a first link is established in accordance with a collect call request received via a VoIP network, a collect call switch calls a called party terminal to establish a second link, and billing on the second link is initiated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
