<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business transaction method and apparatus for surely executing business transaction. <P>SOLUTION: A purchaser receives a packaged (shipped) commodity image from a purchaser side terminal 4 through an e-commerce server 1 by operating a camera device 5a connected to a commodity shipping terminal 5 in a retail store A. The e-commerce server 1 requests the purchaser side terminal 4 to check whether a commodity displayed on the image is a commodity for e-commerce or not, and under a condition that the check is done, the e-commerce server 1 updates a transaction information DB 1a so as to deliver the commodity. The e-commerce server 1 transmits package confirmation (information) 8c to the commodity shipping terminal 5 in the retail store A. A seller attaches a label with the packaging confirmation (information) 8c printed thereon to the commodity and arranges the delivery of the commodity.
