PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately detect a camera shake even when an imaging device is exposed for every pixel or every line. SOLUTION: The imaging device 20 obtains an image for every line and generates an image signal of a photographed image of one frame. An angular velocity sensor 41 detects the angular velocity of the main body of a digital camera 10. An angular velocity-motion vector converting device 61 detects positional deviation in the line direction of each line from the detected angular velocity. A line shifting device 24 shifts each line in the direction where the positional deviation negates in the line direction in accordance with the detected positional deviation.
