PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite electronic apparatus for facilitating a remote control operation to each electronic apparatus by preventing an erroneous operation of a remote controller. SOLUTION: For example, when a DVD mode switching key 35a is pressed down, a LED 38 for DVD recognition corresponding to the operation of the DVD mode switching key 35a is lighted up. When a VCR mode switching key 35b is pressed down, a LED 39 for VCR recognition corresponding to the depression of the VCR mode switching key 35b is lighted up.
