PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the ratio between fibers and a resin in resin-impregnated fibers in parallel with product molding without causing a hindrance in a product molding process in filament winding. SOLUTION: A filament winding apparatus 10 is composed of a krill stand 14 which sets/delivers carbon fibers, a resin bath 16 which makes the delivered carbon fibers be impregnated with the resin and supplies the resin-impregnated fibers, and an abutment guide part 18 which arranges the resin-impregnated fibers and winds them along a liner 20. In the krill stand 14, process controlling dummy fibers 34 are prepared separately from the carbon fibers 30 for winding. The dummy fibers 34 are supplied to a V<SB>f</SB>measuring instrument 28 trough the same process as that of the carbon fibers 30 for winding. Data on the ratio between the fibers and the resin measured by the V<SB>f</SB>measuring instrument 28 are sent to a control part 40 to be used to control a product molding process.
