PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material composition without transpiring monomers into atmosphere, excellent in initial close adhesion, and jointly satisfying the good weather resistance (appearance change) and a good close adhesion of the cured coated film with a polycarbonate resin for a long time. SOLUTION: This coating material composition contains (A) 100 pts.mass active energy beam-curing type resin, (B)≥0.1 pt.mass and≤10 pts.mass photopolymerization initiator, (C)≥2 and≤30 pts.mass ultraviolet light-absorbing agent, (D)≥0.1 pt.mass and≤5 pts.mass hindered amine type photo-stabilizer, and (E)≥3 and≤20 pts.mass at least 1 kind selected from a group consisting of ethylene diglycol acetate, butyl diglycol acetate, phenoxyethanol and phenoxyethoxyethanol.
