PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device that allows a conductive component to be attached readily, without adding new members. SOLUTION: The electronic device has a connector 30 for communication housed in a metallic housing 10; a first hard-disk sheet metal 17 connected to the metallic housing, whose bracket B is screw-clamped, a second hard-disk sheet metal 18 connected to the metallic housing and arranged at a side of the communication connector, whose bracket B is screw-clamped; a main plate 41 having a first part 411 supported by the first hard-disk sheet metal and a second part 412, arranged in between the communication connector and the second hard-disk sheet metal and having a round hole 412a; a spring board 42 connected to the main plate and being in contact with the communication connector, and brought into contact with the second hard-disk sheet metal by biasing the main plate; and a burring part 181, formed on the second hard-disk sheet metal and rushing into the round hole 412a.
