PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cylindrical light tunnel from collapsing by heat generating from irradiation of light. SOLUTION: The light tunnel 16 is constituted of four rectangular mirror plates, each mirror plate, having end faces inclined at 45°angle on the longer sides and formed into a quadrangular prism shape, by abutting the end faces inclined at 45°angle against each other. The light tunnel 16, shaped in a quadrangular prism, is bound by a holding band 22 over the outer circumferential surface, and each outer circumferential surface is held by a projection 26, pressing against the center of the outer circumferential surface toward a hollow part. At both ends of the holding band 22, holes 24 are overlapped, a screw 23 is inserted into the holes 24 and a nut 25 and the screw 23 are screwed together, thereby both ends of the holding band 22 are fastened.
