PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board inspection apparatus capable of shortening the inspection time. SOLUTION: The circuit board inspection apparatus 1 has four inspection devices 17a-17d. Capacitive coupling probes 4a-4b are capacitively coupled to all the output wirings on groups of output wirings of COF 50. A control signal generating circuit 11 generates such control signals as to output response signals from one of a large number of output terminals corresponding to each output wiring 57 belonging to each group of output wirings. A determination circuit 16 determines whether the output terminal that has outputted the response signals on the group of output wirings is electrically joined to a circuit output land corresponding to the output terminal or not on the basis of detection results from the four inspection devices 17a-17d.
