PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately extract e-mails with emergency among a huge amount of received e-mails received to inform the fact to a user even when unexpected situation occurs on a user. SOLUTION: A warning device of e-mails receives e-mails via a network, performs a cluster analysis from contents of the received e-mails, decides appropriate clusters, and stores the received e-mails for each cluster. The device periodically monitors storage status, monitors arrival status of e-mails at each cluster, and issues a warning when an arrival status in a specified cluster exceeds a prescribed threshold.
