PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security effect by a buzzer sound, adequately determine an emergency situation from an image and/or sound on the side of a security management center, and provide information relating to a criminal in addition to a victim to the police from the image and/or sound. SOLUTION: When a surrounding image and surrounding sound are taken in by a camera 106 and microphone 108, a control part controls to transmit the taken image and/or sound to the security management center, and when a security switch 109 operates to generate the buzzer sound, the buzzer sound is generated from the speaker 107 by the control part.
