PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently promote mixing and chemical reaction of solutions introduced in a mixing flow channel through a plurality of supply ports of solutions, and to sufficiently control them with high precision. SOLUTION: In a micromixer 110, two kinds of solutions respectively introduced in a mixing flow channel 146 through supply ports 152, 154 of solutions circulate in the mixing channel 146 while being thin laminar flows respectively corresponding to the opening widths of the supply ports 152, 154, and the molecules of the respective solutions mutually disperse on the interface between the adjacent laminar flows. This uniformly mixes the two kinds of solutions introduced in the mixing flow channel 146 over a short period of time, or completes the chemical reaction accompanying the mixture to supply the solution LM outside. Upon this process, the solution inside the mixing flow channel 146 is irradiated with microwaves from a microwave generator 160, so as to increase the diffusion speed of the molecules of the solutions inside the mixing channel 146 to efficiently promote the mixture and the chemical reaction accompanying the mixture.
