PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-water separation apparatus which is favorably usable in a system for performing reaction in a continuous flow. SOLUTION: This oil-water separation apparatus is equipped with a hollow tube 20 formed of a porous raw material, a hollow tube-holding container 22 for receiving this hollow tube 20, a liquid sending means 11 for sending an oil-water mixture liquid into the hollow tube 20, and a pressure regulating means 60 for regulating the pressure in the hollow tube 20. Thereby, water and oil are separated by regulating the pressure in the hollow tube 20 with the pressure regulating means 60 while sending the oil-water mixture liquid into the hollow tube 20 with the liquid sending means 11.
