<p>The method involves providing of form-fit and force-fit safety in a working process. A lateral pressure is exerted on the palette by a clamping dog and a vertical pressure is exerted on the palette by a clamp (20). A palette base (23) is pressed on the loading area (1). The clamping and the exertion of the lateral pressure are effectuated by the movement of a rotating shaft (19). An independent claim is also included for a device for securing load e.g. palette, for holding glass bottles on a loading area.</p>
