A differential phase continuously variable beam forming network, includes a metal cavity as well as the power divider group located in the metal cavity and several phasers, the power divider group includes the master power divider and several slave power dividers, therein, each phaser is distributed on the both sides in the metal cavity according to the differ positive and negative direction of phase shift, the insulation pieces attached to each phaser are located between the phasers on the both sides, a dielectric rod is attached to the insulation pieces, the handle hole for operating the dielectric rod is in the metal cavity. The beam forming network which comprises all of power dividers and phasers realizes structure integration integration, and specific power amplitude weight as well as phase shift. Meanwhile, the metal of phaser's mobile part and fixed part uses non- touch capacitive coupling signal transmission, thus the passive intermodulation product and the superpower strike fire phenomena are suppressed.
