<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support device for a grand piano capable of suppressing the bending in the central part in a lateral direction of a reed, thereby appropriately maintaining an amount of arches. <P>SOLUTION: The support device includes a horizontal keybed 2, the reed 3 on which the keyboard 4 is placed and is provided freely slidably on the keybed 2 in the state of parting a spacing from the keybed 2 in an intermediate part, right and left end brackets 21 mounted respectively at the right and left ends on the top surface of the reed 3, an intermediate bracket 22 mounted between the right and left end brackets 21 on the top surface of the reed 3, and a hammer shank rail 23 extending horizontally in the right and left directions and coupled in the state of being placed on the right and left end brackets 21 and the intermediate bracket 22. The intermediate bracket 22 is so provided that the distance between the top end thereof and the top surface of the reed 3 of the portion mounted with the intermediate bracket 22 is made shorter than the distance between the top ends of the right and end brackets 21 and the top surface of the reed 3 of the portions mounted with the right and left end brackets 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
