ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE DATA DISCLOSURE METHOD AND SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for disclosing an electronically prepared/stored evidence data, capable of confirming the authenticity of an electronic data while one part of information in the electronic data is nondisclosed, and capable of confirming that information to be disclosed is not included in the nondisclosed portion.

SOLUTION: A defendant device for storing the evidence data is provided with a step for preparing a keyword checking data for confirming whether an assigned keyword is included or not in an undisclosed portion of the disclosed evidence data, and a step for receiving a keyword check request from a plaintiff attorney device of requesting the evidence data to be disclosed.
