PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a page reranking apparatus which can impart page ranking which serves many uses.

SOLUTION: Regarding a plurality of WEB pages which are obtained as retrieval result pages to a user's request for retrieval and are imparted page ranking, the apparatus is provided with: a super page generation part 3 which generates a super page which is obtained by combining the page contents between the two or more versions for each WEB page; a super page analysis part 4 which analyzes the covering degree of topic expression contained in the super page generated by the super page generation part 3; and a reranking part 6 which compares an analysis result obtained by the super page analysis part 4 between super pages and imparts new page ranking to each WEB page.
