<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card mounted with a CPU used for communication, a memory for storing a data displayed on a display part and a CPU of low electric power consumption for staring up the memory, and capable of restraining a built-in battery from being consumed, by using only the CPU of low electric power consumption, when displaying the data on the display part. <P>SOLUTION: This IC card 10 is constituted of a display function part 200 and an IC card function part 300, and the display function part 200 is constituted of an electric power source 201, an operation part 202, the CPU 203, an EEPROM 204, the data display part 205 and an I/O 206. The IC card function part 300 is constituted of an I/O 301, the CPU 302, a transceiver part 303, an antenna 304 and the memory 305.
