<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film excellent in pen-input durability, and a touch panel using the film. <P>SOLUTION: On the manufacturing method of the transparent conductive film 102 including a lamination body formed by laminating a transparent plastic film 11, a cushion layer 12, a transparent resin layer 13, and a transparent conductive thin film layer 14 in this sequence, the cushion layer 12 having a dynamic hardness of 0.005 to 2 is constituted by a cross-linking agent and a resin selected from co-polymer polyester resin, polyamide resin, polyacryl resin, polyurethane resin, and silicon based resin, and the transparent resin layer 13 is composed of copolymer polyester resin or polyamide resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
