PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining device, a machining tool, and a hand piece for efficiently machining a workpiece with a simple structure. SOLUTION: Instead of a conventional machining device for machining a workpiece, the machining device comprises a hand piece having a rod shape machining tool capable of machining the workpiece at its front portion, a vibrator which has a columnar shape and vibrates in the direction along the central axis of the columnar shape, and a connecting member for mechanically connecting the rear portion of the machining tool to the vibrator, wherein the axes of the front portion and the rear portion of the machining tool do not coincide with the central axis of the columnar shape portion.
