PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new advertising medium, and also, to prevent skimming etc., by using the medium. SOLUTION: The skimming prevention card 1 is constituted by sandwiching an electromagnetic-wave/magnetism shielding member 10 between surface sheets 6 and sticking these three together. The surface sheet 6 is, for example, a white PVC sheet or the one made of an ABS resin, and composed of raw materials having a printable surface to be printed by a well-known means. The skimming prevention card 1 is used for an advertisement, and the advertisement is printed on the surface of the card.
