PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of an operation when switching a head due to misalignment, as regards a method for correcting a disk device having the misalignment of servo signals in circumferential and radial directions among two or more disks. SOLUTION: Since servo gate time is corrected using a table (62) in accordance with eccentricity of a disk (10) when switching the head, the signals can be accurately detected and detection accuracy of the servo signals is improved. Further, since a track number on the disk (10) is converted using a table (46) by a misalignment value based on a reference head, as a measures to the misalignment in a radial direction, positions in the radial direction for each device can be aligned.
