摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic photoreceptor free of unevenness in coating films and having a smooth surface free of pinholes and bubbles in a very short time without deteriorating characteristics as a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor includes: a step of applying a coating liquid for forming a charge transport layer≥2 times in piles on a charge generating layer on a substrate so that the thickness of a single coating film is made≤10μm, wherein the coating liquid comprises at least a charge transport material having an enamine structure and a solvent having a relative evaporation rate of <1.7; and a step of obtaining a charge transport layer by drying each coating film after each application under such temperature conditions of coating film surfaces that the solvent is evaporated without deteriorating the charge transport material and surface temperatures become gradually high from the first coating film in the order of subsequently formed coating films.
