PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving power transmitting system device for a vehicle capable of improving assembling performance. SOLUTION: This structure comprises a first semicylindrical hollow portion 32 having the semicylindrical hollow shape and opened outward in a case of a transmission 30, and a second semicylindrical hollow portion 47 having the semicylindrical hollow shape and opened outward in a case of a transfer 40, and a driving force output portion 46 disposed on the transfer 40 and connected with a shaft 51 for transmitting driving force, is placed on a longitudinal center shaft of a cylindrical passage 60 as a cylindrical passage formed by fixing the transmission 30 and the transfer 40, and integrating the first semicylindrical hollow portion 32 and the second semicylindrical hollow portion 47 in opposition to each other.
